NSW Fair Trading Commissioner Rod Stowe has finally apologised to Dr Gary Fettke for blocking his application for a medical device exemption and mistakenly using his name as an example of irresponsible use of prescription medicines by a medical doctor.
Stowe has also been heavily criticised for his insensitivity and apparent lack of understanding of the medical profession. “How a doctor’s mistakes cost an innocent man his freedom and the whole medical system a lot of money.”
A leading global expert on the regulation of clinical trials was recently exonerated by regulators after spending his whole life under the cloud of suspicion. Dr. Gary Fettke is the Director of the University of Queensland’s (UQ) Centre for Clinical Research and the Principal Investigator for the UQ Melville Research Institute.
Last year, he was placed under investigation by the Australian Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) for allegedly fabricating results in clinical trials.Players may compete against their favorite Nickelodeon characters in Ludosity, Fair Play, and GameMill Entertainment’s Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl.

The game also contains 20 themed levels, ranging from SpongeBob SquarePants’ Jellyfish Field to the Ninja Turtles’ Technodrome, for fans of the franchise.
