The Keto for Normies Podcast is the podcast version of Keto for Normies, a web-based keto guide that has been helping thousands of people transition into a low carb (ketogenic) lifestyle since October 2017.

I began listening to a lot of podcasts on my commute to work. Mostly I’d listen to the usual people, such as podcasters and YouTubers, but I did find myself listening to a podcast called “Keto For Normies”. I started listening to the podcast because I knew what a ketogenic diet was, but I was not fully committed to doing it.
This lead to me talking to a friend who was already on the diet, and then it lead me to the podcast. I’ve had a lot of medical conditions since I’ve been a kid and I was always told to eat a diet high in carbs.. Read more about keto 2022 and let us know what you think.
